For cancellations, returns/exchanges, or warranty claims for an order placed in the app:
• Open the Krzna app → Menu → Order History → select your order → choose an action (Cancel / Return / Claim Warranty)
Or email: customercare@krzna.com (please include your Order ID or invoice)
Warranty for products purchased from Amazon or other marketplaces
To register a product and raise a warranty claim:
• Open the Krzna app → Menu → Warranty Registration → Register your product → wait for validation → Raise Claim
