Cancellation & Refund Policy

Krzna is a mobile app for Apple users to browse and purchase premium accessories and everyday carry products. Purchases are placed inside the Krzna iOS app, and payments are collected at checkout via our payment partners (including Stripe).
1. Order cancellation
• You can request cancellation from the Order History page in the Krzna app.
• Open your order → tap “Cancel Order” → select a reason → submit.
If the order has not shipped:
• We cancel the order and issue a full refund.
If the order has already shipped or is in transit:
• We may attempt to stop the shipment if possible.
• If we cannot stop it, please refuse/reject the delivery when it arrives.
• Once the package returns to us, the refund will be processed after verification.
2. Returns and exchanges
• If a return or exchange is applicable for your item, you can request it from the Order History page in the Krzna app.
• Open your order → tap “Return” or “Exchange” → follow the steps shown in-app.
• Eligibility can depend on the product and condition. Product-specific terms shown in the app take priority.
3. Refund method
• Refunds are issued back to the original payment method where possible (card, UPI, etc.).
• If Krzna Credits were used, that portion will be refunded back as Krzna Credits.
• We do not provide cash refunds.
4. Refund timelines
• Approved refunds are typically processed within 10 working days.
• Actual credit time can vary based on your bank or payment provider.
5. Disputes / chargebacks
If you have any issue with an order or payment, please contact us first so we can help quickly and avoid unnecessary disputes.
