Privacy Policy (Krzna) Last updated: 18 December 2025 Krzna (“Krzna”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use the Krzna mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account or using the Services, you consent to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. ⸻ 1) Information we collect A. Information you provide • Account information: name, email address, phone number • Order and delivery information: shipping address, billing address (if applicable), order details, and preferences required to fulfil purchases • Customer support information: information you provide when contacting support (including messages and attachments) B. Information collected automatically • Device and technical information: device model, operating system version, app version, IP address, and device identifiers • Usage and diagnostics: interactions within the app (such as navigation flow), performance metrics, and crash/diagnostic logs used to maintain and improve the Services • Analytics and diagnostics providers: where applicable, we may use providers (for example, Firebase) to help us understand app performance and reliability C. Payment information We do not store your full card number, CVV, or UPI PIN. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment gateways.
