Terms of Service Welcome to Krzna. By using the Krzna app or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 1) What Krzna is Krzna is an online platform that lets you browse products, place orders, manage your account, and access support. 2) Using the app You agree to use the app only for lawful, personal use. You will not misuse the app (fraud, abuse, hacking, scraping, or interfering with our services). 3) Account responsibility You are responsible for keeping your account details and login secure. Any activity done through your account is assumed to be done by you. 4) Orders & availability All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We may cancel or reject an order (for example due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or suspected fraud). If we cancel an accepted order after payment, refunds follow the Refunds section below. 5) Pricing & payments Prices shown in the app are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as indicated. Payments are processed securely via Stripe and other supported methods shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize charges for the order value. 6) Shipping & delivery We’ve partnered with Delhivery (and/or other logistics partners) to ship orders across serviceable locations. Delivery times shown in the app are estimates, not guarantees. Shipping method may vary based on pincode, product type, weight, and courier availability. Once shipped, tracking details will be available in the Krzna app where supported. 7) Cancellation policy You can cancel your order from the Order History page in the Krzna app: Order History → open order → Cancel Order → select reason → Submit. • If the order has not shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund. • If the order is shipped or in transit, we’ll try to stop it. If that’s not possible, you can reject delivery. Once the package returns to us, we’ll process your refund. 8) Returns & exchanges policy You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return if you’re not happy with your purchase. Eligibility A product is eligible for return if: • It is unused and undamaged • It is in its original packaging with all accessories • The product is marked as returnable on its product details page How to request a return Krzna app → Order History → select your order → tap Return → submit your request. Once we receive and verify the returned product, your refund will be processed as per the Refunds section below. 9) Refund and dispute policy Refunds are issued when: • Your order is cancelled before it is shipped, or • The shipment is returned to us (for example you refused delivery or a return was approved), or • We are unable to fulfil your order for any reason. How we refund • Refunds are processed back to your original payment method wherever possible (card, UPI, etc.). • If you used Krzna Credits, that portion will be refunded back as Krzna Credits. • We do not offer cash refunds. Timelines Eligible refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 10 working days (often faster). Actual credit time depends on your bank/payment provider. If you do not see your refund after 10 working days, contact customercare@krzna.com with your order number and payment details. 10) Warranty (Advanced Exchange) All Krzna products come with an Advanced Exchange warranty. Warranty duration depends on the product and is shown on the Product Details page in the app. How to claim Krzna app → Order History → select order → Claim Warranty → describe the issue → upload a short video showing the problem → Submit. We aim to respond within 24 hours. If approved, we may provide a replacement product or a refund (as per the Refund section). Where required, we may arrange pickup of the original product through our logistics partner. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse/accidents/unauthorized modifications, normal wear & tear or cosmetic damage that doesn’t affect functionality, or issues caused by using the product in ways it was not designed for. 11) Intellectual property All trademarks, logos, product names, designs, images, and content are the property of KRZNA (or used with permission). You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without written approval. 12) Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krzna is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. 13) Changes We may update these Terms from time to time.
